What a weekend for the ProTouch team sponsored by DotModus, with victories on both days of the Gauteng Road & TT Champs.
On Saturday, Gustav Basson won the Elite Men’s individual time trial race while Andries Nigrini and Callum Ormiston took 1st and 2nd respectively in the Men’s U23 ITT. Callum was also awarded top prize for best U23 rider.
On Sunday, in the road race event, 1st place in the Elite category went to ProTouch’s Gustav Basson with fellow rider Calvin Beneke picking up 3rd. 1st place overall went to Callum Ormiston, with Gustav Basson taking 2nd.
We’re exceptionally proud of the team and excited to be part of the ProTouch family. We look forward to supporting them on their journey, competing at the top of cycling both locally and on the world stage. The team’s next event is the Joburg Classic on 12 June.
