Recently, Nedbank announced that, as a part of their digital transformation, they have partnered with AppsFlyer, a US-based SaaS company. AppsFlyer spoke with Looker about how they have used Looker’s platform to gain a better understanding of their data, internally.
Alexandra Sudilovski, Head of BI at Appsflyer, explained that they use Looker to provide reliable insights into their data to their internal teams. Compared with other BI tools, Sudilovski states that Looker’s real-time insights best suited their needs.
Since AppsFlyer is inherently a data-driven company, getting the most out of their data is a no-brainer. At the time of publishing, Sudilovski said that 75% of the company was using Looker and the numbers were climbing.
Initially, they only used Looker within 3 departments - customer success, sales, and product management. However, they realised the value they gained from the platform and onboarded other departments soon after.
